For this project, I am going to explore one of the most famous female composers in the United States known as Jennifer Higdon. You may have probably heard her because of her famous piece, Blue Cathedral. If not, then you will learn more about her and some of her other pieces that you will find intriguing. Besides, you will understand his family background history to know what prompted him to become a composer.
